A live snapshot of this specific CPYNET instance - not a historical uptime percentage or incident log.
This page reports what's actually knowable from inside a single, currently-running process: how long it's been up since its last restart, and how many pastes it's holding right now. A real historical uptime/incident-tracking page needs a separate system recording state over time - that's a genuinely different feature from a single in-memory Go binary, and this page won't claim numbers it can't actually back up.
This count includes every paste that's been created but not yet read or expired - it changes constantly and says nothing about the content, only that some number of ephemeral, encrypted-or-plain blobs currently exist in RAM. It goes back to zero on every restart, by design.
